Terms of Service
Last updated: February 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OpenClaw Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
OpenClaw Cloud is a multi-tenant platform for deploying and managing AI assistants across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord. The Service includes the web dashboard, API gateway, channel integrations, and related infrastructure.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or systems
- Circumvent rate limits, billing controls, or security measures
- Distribute malware or conduct phishing through AI agents
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits included with your plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including agent configurations, conversation data, and workspace files. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the content your AI agents produce. While we provide tools to configure agent behavior, we do not control or guarantee the output of AI models.
7. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)
If you provide your own API keys for AI model providers, those keys are encrypted at rest and used solely to make requests on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of your provider agreements. We are not liable for charges incurred on your provider accounts.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (AI model providers, cloud hosting, messaging platforms) that may experience outages beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
